Context
As part of the expansion of its activities and closer monitoring of beneficiary communities, FED established a branch office in Ibidnja, South Kivu province. This implementation aims to strengthen project coordination, improve proximity with local populations, and ensure better traceability of interventions.
Objective
Ensure a sustainable institutional presence of FED in South Kivu to facilitate project implementation, strengthen community trust, and guarantee close support.
